On the upper floor we offer you a luxurious apartment of (140 qm), with a large terrace (55 qm). You have a wonderful view and panorama (from dawn) for a favorable price.

You will find a lot of space and a beautiful and well-furnished holiday home. In addition to the large landscaped rooms (floor plan below), the covered terrace invites to communal meals and relaxation.
The swimming pool can be reached via 1 staircase and yet there is still enough privacy for everyone.
Already at dawn you can fully enjoy the Spanish sun on the terrace.

The property is divided into a large cooking, living and dining area, in addition 3 bedrooms (all with air conditioning cold / hot) and 2 well-appointed bathrooms (incl. Towels). The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven and the normal basic equipment (eg coffee maker).

The apartment is without doubt suitable for 6 adults + possibly 2 children (adjustment beds available). This way you can also spend your holidays with family or friends in the Villa Delfin.

The living, dining area is centrally heated and for extra cozy hours there is a fireplace (incl. Wood). In addition to free high-speed internet (eg for Netflix streaming), there is also television with German and Dutch programs. Thanks to the good distribution of the 3 apartments (top, front and rear) with 3 separate entrances, each party can benefit from enough privacy.
